About
We are a Mission based Evangelization team whose focus it is to spread the love of Jesus through the power of the Holy Spirit within the Diocese of Fort Wayne/South Bend. It is our goal to empower the laity to use the gifts of Holy Spirit to enliven the Church throughout the Diocese. We understand that the Holy Spirit animates the Church and so it is our purpose to renew in the laity a connection to the Holy Spirit.
We have named our Ministry “Gifted and Sent”. Inspired by the knowledge that the Holy Spirit endows on us specific gifts and charisms that, in the words of the Catechism, makes the faithful “fit and ready to undertake various tasks and offices for the renewal and building up of the Church” we desire to empower the faithful to use their giftedness to spread the Gospel and carry out The Great Commission.
We also have a desire to increase the knowledge of the laity in regards to scripture and Doctrine and therefore not only connect them in a deeper way to their personal faith but also empower them to spread the message of the Gospel within their own faith communities.
